  • Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall growth including new members.
  • Plan and carry out events.
  • Plan further goals for the team as we grow.
  • Develop the website members section.
  • Oversee Staff Team.
  • Develop and implement new policies.
  • Cultivate and grow staff as the community grows.
  • Create and manage new teams.
  • Community Managers:

  • EvilDoc, EVILXChevyX, Scubasteve, KingofKings
  • All community managers work between Admins and Members.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Any member issues are dealt with via Mod and members.
  • Assist in creating new policies.
  • Assist in creating new community events.
  • Assist in spreading group presence through multimedia and social media.


  • Member Policy Enforcement:

  • Enforcement Team: KingofKings, ScubaSteve, Pinky666, TornJester

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist all mods in any member conflicts or policy violation
  • Management of users on Discord.
  • Management of users game parties - if someone is streaming.
  • Assess and investigate policy violations.

  • Streaming:

  • Streaming Team: Scubasteve, KingChaos

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and existing members with streaming.
  • Assist new members with the system of the OTR Streaming discord we use.
  • Management of users on Discord.
  • Management of users in our games we play together.
  • Assist in creating rules and policies.
  • Assist other staff.

  • Discord:

  • Discord Team: EVILXChevyX, PinkQueen, UltraKennyG, TimelessErica, all staff

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and existing members with discord.
  • Manage discord chats and remove any forbidden content.
  • Timeout or Mute users who are out of line.
  • Assist with creation of teams for specific games.
  • Assist and help grow the community.

  • Assist in creating rules and policies.
  • Assist other staff.

  • Member Management:

  • Responsibilities:

  • Assist new and existing members with any issues or conflicts that arise.
  • Report and work with Enforcement team on violations and punishments.
  • Discord Management and moderation.
  • Management of users the website using moderation and investigation tools.

  • Developmental Team:

  • is0lati0n, Ducks, SugarGremlin, Halo, KingChaos, EvilDoc

    Responsibilities:

  • Create, Update and Maintain the Website as well as develop new sections for members.
  • Create, Update and Maintain Discord Bots for the community.
  • Create multimedia for the community and promote community growth through social media.
  • Assist in social media posts and presence.
  • Assist in web development and Discord bot testing.
  • Assist in the overall creation and continued development of the organization.
  • Assist with discord moderation.

  • Discord Bot Management:

  • Responsibilities:

  • Manage discord chats and remove any forbidden content.

  • Assist any other staff with duties as needed.
  • Assist with creation of new bot concepts for the community.
  • Create and manage the current Discord Bots being used now.
