Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall growth including new members.
- Plan and carry out events.
- Plan further goals for the team as we grow.
- Develop the website members section.
- Oversee Staff Team.
- Develop and implement new policies.
- Cultivate and grow staff as the community grows.
- Create and manage new teams.
Community Managers:
- EvilDoc, EVILXChevyX, Scubasteve, KingofKings
- All community managers work between Admins and Members.
Responsibilities:
- Any member issues are dealt with via Mod and members.
- Assist in creating new policies.
- Assist in creating new community events.
- Assist in spreading group presence through multimedia and social media.
Member Policy Enforcement:
- Enforcement Team: KingofKings, ScubaSteve, CavemanGaming, TornJester, SerpentKing
Responsibilities:
- Assist all mods in any member conflicts or policy violation
- Management of users on Discord.
- Management of users game parties - if someone is streaming.
- Assess and investigate policy violations.
Streaming Support Managers:
- Streaming Team: Scubasteve, KingChaos, TimelessErica
Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing members with streaming.
- Assist new members with the system of the TFM Streaming discord we use.
- Management of users on Discord.
- Management of users in our games we play together.
- Assist in creating rules and policies.
- Assist other staff.
Social Media Manager:
- Social Media Manager: Halo
Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing members with discord.
- Manage discord chats and remove any forbidden content.
- Create multimedia for the community and promote community growth through social media.
- Assist in social media posts and presence.
- Assist and help grow the community.
Events and Comp Managers:
- Events Manager: EVIL Doc, is0lati0n
Responsibilities:
- Manage planned events from concept to live.
- Work with the Event Leads and Social Media Manager to provide community knowledge and support.
- Ensure that all events are created fairly.
- Ensure that notifications of events are posted, event bots are used properly.
- Ensure that their are staff on board to moderate the event for violations. This can be party host.
Member Management:
- Team Members: EvilDoc, is0lati0n, KingofKings, EVILXChevyX, Scubasteve, CavemanGaming, TornJester
Responsibilities:
- Assist new and existing members with any issues or conflicts that arise.
- Report and work with Enforcement team on violations and punishments.
- Discord Management and moderation.
- Management of users the website using moderation and investigation tools.
Developmental Team:
- is0lati0n, KingChaos, EvilDoc, Lady Vendetta, EVILHalo
Responsibilities:
- Create, Update and Maintain the Website as well as develop new sections for members.
- Create, Update and Maintain Discord Bots and channels for the community.
- Assist in web development and Discord bot testing.
- Assist in the overall creation and continued development of the organization.
- Assist with discord moderation.
Recruitment Team:
- EVIL_Bumble, TBD, TBD, EVILHal0
Responsibilities:
- Recruit additional members to the discord community and official group using social media.
- Find and assess potential member ability
- Assist any other staff with duties as needed.
Onboarding Team:
- EVILGeordiesAngel
Responsibilities:
- Welcome in new members to the discord and direct them to browse channels.
- Create or Hold Discord VC calls 3-4 days a week.
- Log new member entries.
- Support the staff team with discord moderation by bringing any possible issues to another staff member.
